Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. We require a deposit before starting work, with the remainder due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
